At Ashtanga Yoga Shala, we carry forward the authentic teachings of AᚣhášÄáš ga VinyÄsa Yoga, passed down through Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and guided in Australia by Iain and Richard Clark. More than just exercise, this practice is a path of discipline, breath, and self-discovery that helps dissolve physical, mental, and emotional barriers.
Our classes, held in Paddington and Sunnybank, offer students the chance to learn in a supportive community, guided by teachers with over 20 years of experience and a direct lineage to this living tradition.
If youâre ready to beginâor have questions about which class is right for youâweâd love to hear from you.
