2012 Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (ALC) Training Program.
The Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies (AIAS) will deliver the 2012 Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (ALC) Training Program beginning March 2012. Registration is due by January 31, 2012. The course will be taught by Dr S. Ajit, an Ayurvedic doctor who has worked for the Government of India for over 20 years. AIAS is a recognised training organisation in Australia and New Zealand. The ALC course is a nationally recognised Certificate 4 in Ayurveda (HLT41207).
2012 Ayurvedic Practitioner - Advanced Training Program commences July 2012.

Dr Ajit (B.A.M.S.)
Dr Ajit (B.A.M.S) is a former Government of India Ayurvedic Doctor responsible for Quality Control of Ayurvedic centres and pharmacies across India. In 1996 he relocated to New Zealand where he developed a full-time practitioner course in Ayurveda and established the Shree Dhanwantri Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Centre. Schooled at the University of Patiala, famous for its Ayurvedic graduates, Dr Ajit studied under many great Ayurvedacharyas including the acknowledged master of pulse diagnosis, Dr Triguna.
Dr Ajit is the Senior resident Ayurvedic Physician teaching in Australia and New Zealand at this time. Dr Ajit was recently awarded the Hakim Ajmal Global Award for best Ayurvedic Physician 2007.
